Do I need to order ahead for large BBQ orders?
Yes, please! For any order over 5 pounds of meat or more than two racks of ribs, we ask that you call ahead 24–48 hours in advance. This helps us ensure we have plenty of time to smoke, prep, and pack your order fresh and ready for you.

Can I place orders online or by phone?
Currently, we recommend calling in for large or custom orders to ensure accuracy and availability. For smaller carryout orders, feel free to stop by—we’ll get you taken care of quickly!

Brisket FAQs

Do you do Texas-style brisket?
No! Ours is just really good.

How is your brisket prepared?
We smoke our brisket low and slow, seasoned with our house rub and cooked to tender perfection. It’s a flavorful, Southern-style take that keeps customers coming back.

What is the difference between catering and family packs?
•Catering is ideal for large events like weddings, graduations, corporate gatherings, and parties. It’s available for groups of 30 or more
•Family Packs are perfect for smaller groups, typically serving 4 to 6 people. They’re great for casual meals at home or small get-togethers

What flavors of BBQ sauce do you have?

All of our sauces are developed in-house! Here’s what’s on the menu:

As a general guide, one pound of meat typically serves 3–4 people, depending on appetites and sides. For larger gatherings, we recommend calling ahead so we can help you plan the right amount.
