Reminds me of the old school BBQ places I went to as a kid. We had brisket and tri-tip, both were amazing. The baked potato salad also stood out. Best BBQ I've had in many years, truly great service and a friendly atmosphere. I believe I'll be a returning customer every time I'm down here from Louisville. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!

We stopped in here while we were on vacation. We ordered the brisket nachos for an appetizer and wished we had ordered two, not because it was too small but because it was so good! Our whole party ordered an array of meats and sides. The real star of the show was the meat. The tri tip was great, the ribs were perfectly tender, and the onion rings and fries were super hot and fresh out of the fryer. The owner was in and came and chatted with us and thanked us for coming. This is a great establishment to support our civil servants (police, veterans, military, etc.) as well because they give a very generous discount. I'm sure we will be back next time we're in town!

The food was awesome and our waitress Macayla was very friendly. We ate outside on the picnic tables with our dog and they brought him out a bowl of water and some pulled pork . We will definitely be going back.
